This inviting table leads directly into the chef-inspired KITCHEN, where a high-end Zline double gas range is surrounded by sleek wood cabinetry and exotic black quartz countertops and backsplash. Overhead, a corrugated metal ceiling provides a stylish industrial touch, and a convenient peninsula bar adds additional seating at the counter. Upstairs in the FIRST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-size bed next to a unique, built-in, triple-stacked bunk bed. This flexible space also includes a 70-inch HDTV and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM is a hit with the kids— with six built-in twin-size bunk beds, each with its own cozy lighting, this camp-like room also features a giant 86-inch HDTV, a massage chair, a leather sofa bed, and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM with a step-in shower. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month.
