A brand-new modern mountain townhome with three spacious levels, Silver Creek Village 6627 is a three-bedroom home with lots of luxurious extras. Located within the popular Silver Creek Village where residents and guests enjoy a plethora of exciting amenities and activity areas, you may find it challenging to leave this lovely neighborhood! But once you do, entertaining Main Street and the world-famous ski slopes are only a short drive away.
The colorful and contemporary exterior includes a convenient first-floor, one-car GARAGE. Once inside, the main level LIVING AREA has a large, sunny window that lets in lots of beautiful, natural sunlight and frames the views of the surrounding area. An oversized, luxe leather sofa with a matching ottoman invites you to relax, kick back, and cue up a great movie or game on the huge HDTV.
Next to the living area is the open, ultra-modern KITCHEN, with a gorgeous tile backsplash, sleek black cabinets, a deep farmhouse sink, and pristine white quartz countertops. The premier appliances include a top-of-the-line KitchenAid gas range with a matching microwave/vent hood, a spacious stainless refrigerator, and a high-efficiency dishwasher. In the center of the kitchen is a square island with charming bar stool seating and a wine fridge. There’s also additional bar stool seating for two nearby and a convenient FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo.
The first of the three bedrooms can be easily used as an OFFICE SPACE, with a large desk, a 55" TV and a Murphy bed that easily tucks out of the way. The second bedroom is the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a queen-sized bed, HDTV, and an ENSUITE PRIVATE BATHROOM with a double vanity and step-in shower.
Down the hallway, there is a LAUNDRY NOOK with a stackable washer and dryer, the THIRD BEDROOM with a queen-sized bed, and another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo.
There is parking for one small to mid-sized car in the garage. The owner stores a car in the second space. There is street parking in the summer and, in the winter, first-come, first-served spaces in the community in a parking lot area.

Less than 10 minutes away from the entertaining downtown Park City area as well as the world-famous ski resorts and hiking trails, the neighborhood of Silver Creek Villages boasts acres of beautiful open space with several parks, a community garden, a dog park, a soccer field, a fun splash pad, a children’s play area, and many trails which tie into the surrounding Park City trail system.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $50.

Cozy Retreat with Quick Ski Access and Tranquil Surroundings
by Laura and Dana R.Great place. Cozy blankets, big couch and tvs. Quick access to Park City and Salt Lake ski areas. Walking trails nearby. Neighborhood feels safe and quiet dispute lots of construction happening in the area.
Not much going on nearby but that wasn’t an issue for us. We appreciated being able to use the garage, quick access to the highway, and quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs.
