Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community about 8 minutes from Main Street Park City and the ski slopes. This brand-new, NON-SMOKING home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year, sleeping up to 10 people.

Across the street is the Overlook Restaurant, which provides brunch, lunch, and dinner, plus AMAZING views of the mountains. Many of Park City's best retaurants are 5 minutes away, including Wasatch Bagel, Blind Dog, Tupelo, and the local grocery store.

Thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated, this home features a spacious, open main level with a sizable living room and well-stocked kitchen. A beautiful stone gas fireplace and substantial amount of seating make the living room a comfortable space to spend time with friends and family. The vaulted ceilings and vast windows provide plenty of light and luxury. Above the fireplace there’s a 60” HD Smart TV with a sound bar/subwoofer and above the couches, there’s a ceiling fan. A ½ bath is also available next to the kitchen on the main level.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy a meal in. Check the reviews to see how well the owners stocked it! With stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, it feels warm and welcoming. A toaster, coffee maker, blender, food processor, crock pot, waffle iron, cookware, baking pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware, wine glasses, and silverware make cooking or baking a breeze. The gas range even has a built-in griddle in the center.

Next to the kitchen, the rustic dining table has seating for eight with room for three more at the bar.

In the backyard, accessible from the doors by the dining table, a perfect patio set with plenty of seating, a picnic table with an umbrella, outdoor patio heater is available for use. The private hot tub, maintained at 102 degrees, is also located out back, a fantastic place to soak away a day on the slopes.

From the backyard, you can walk 50 feet to access the trails, with views of both Deer Valley and Park City mountains. This is a TRUE mountain home retreat!

This home also features a main level Primary suite delivering beautiful mountain views. With a King-sized bed, 47” HD Smart TV, large easy chair, ceiling fan, and luxurious bedding, relaxing after a busy day in Park City will be easy. The en suite Master bathroom features a considerable shower, with dual heads and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, the loft is a great space to hang out and watch a movie or play video games. A 32” HD Smart TV, Nintendo Wii U with games, and two comfortable chairs (beanbag-style) creates a perfect place for anyone to feel at home.

There are also two guest bedrooms on the upper level. One stylish room has a Queen-sized bed, window seat with beautiful mountain views, and a 55” HD Smart TV. The other trendy room has two sets of Twin-sized bunk beds. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination."

The laundry room is also upstairs. It has a high-capacity HE Washer and Dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The lowest level of the home has an additional guest bedroom. Featuring a Queen-sized bed, Twin-sized daybed with Twin-sized trundle, a desk with a printer, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, this room comfortably sleeps four people.

The garage is nicely equipped with ski and snoboard racks with a bench area, plus a mud room area with a sink, cubbys, ski racks, a bike rack, and plenty of room for boots and winter clothing. This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

The entire home has free, reliable wifi, central air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, full heating, a soft water system, and one portable humidifier. There are also board games and cards in the home.
