Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, the new Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community about 8 minutes from Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is a perfect getaway during any season of the year! With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2750 square feet, it sleeps 12-15 people perfectly (12 adults max).

The beautifully-decorated, open main level features a gorgeous living room with plenty of seating, a 60” HD TV with Apple TV hooked up, a cozy gas fireplace, and space to relax together. The fully-equipped kitchen, also on the main level, has everything you’ll need to fix a meal and eat in. With a full set of pots/pans, dishware, glassware (including wine glasses), silverware, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee pot, crockpot, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, toaster, microwave, baking pans/sheets, ice cream maker, and large gas stove, baking and cooking will be a breeze. The dining area has seating for six at the table and three at the bar. A ½ bath is also conveniently located close to the living room.

Just off the dining room, a lovely patio with a Private Hot Tub, Weber gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating makes an evening at home fun and enjoyable.

A main level King-sized Master bedroom has tasteful décor, a ceiling fan, comfortable bedding, a 45” HD TV with DVD player and Apple TV, and an en suite bathroom with a double shower.

The upper level of the home has an open loft with a desk and two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a King-sized bed, 45” HD TV, and small window seat. The other guest room has a King-sized bed and both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The laundry room with an HE Washer and Dryer, iron, and ironing board is also located on the top floor.

On the lower level, a large bedroom with three Twin-over-Full bunkbeds, a 35” TV, and full bathroom with tub/shower combination makes a perfect place for kids to hang out and play.

The entire home features central air-conditioning, forced air heating, DirecTV satellite television, and free wifi. There are plenty of provided board games and cards as well.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area.

Highly Recommend

We rented this property for a staycation last month and were SO happy to have chosen it! It’s equipped with everything you could need for a stay. We spent a ton of time in the backyard making s’mores, enjoying the hot tub and snuggled up on the couch watching movies in the living room next to the fire with more than enough space for our group.

Situated close to Park City, this would be the perfect home base for your upcoming visit to the mountains. Since it was warmer weather, we did a boat rental at Jordanelle and loved seeing the mountain views from the water. We also visited the playground and community pool/hot tub!

The Vacation Rentals Park City team was so helpful from the first time we contacted them. The property was immaculate and the team provided helped us choose the perfect property and were available for any questions we had (though everything was so well presented, we didn’t have any)!

Perfect place for a group!!

This house had everything we needed including some extras that we very helpful. This house fit all 12 people in our group comfortably and it was a short 10 min drive to the mountain. It’s also super close to shopping and restaurants in downtown park city, and the hot tub felt great after a day on the mountain. Would highly recommend this house, and moose management was so helpful. They always responded to my emails quickly and were very accommodating. Thanks so much!!!

The open layout combination of the kitchen, breakfast/bar area, dinning, and living room really makes this a great property to accommodate a decent size group. It is easy to come together and mingle comfortably, and easy to have some space from it all as well. The scenery is beautiful and the location has good access to everything without being stuck in town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation House!

Just an awesome house. We had a family/friends get-together over Christmas and there was plenty of room for everyone. It\'s a short drive to the slopes, shopping and restaurants, but the kitchen is great, so it\'s also perfect for just grabbing some groceries and cooking for everyone. They have bunks in on the first floor for the kids and bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor that give the adults a little privacy at the same time. The wi-fi was solid (streaming wasn\'t an issue), too. 5 stars.

Great Location! Wonderful Family Trip!

We loved our stay here and would definitely go back! We were there in early January. Our group included two families comprised of four adults and four kiddos from ages 3 to 13 years old. The layout is great for multiple families. There was plenty of room in the common areas (open kitchen/living/dining room) for us to all hang out, but then we could easily retreat to more private space since the bedrooms are split across three floors. The common area is on the middle floor, so the steps weren\'t bad at all. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare bigger meals. We also loved the location. It was an easy drive to grocery shopping, the movies and skiing, and also around the corner from the Jordanelle State Park. We actually discovered the park by accident when killing time before heading to the airport. The reservoir was just beautiful and we ended driving all the way around it and jumping out in the cold to take photos at various look-out points. We loved our stay here. It was nice being able to retreat to a more quiet neighborhood, and I think my kids had as much fun playing in the snow near the house as they did skiing!

Fantastic home, well taken care, good location

Very nice, quiet and well-kept property. Conveniently located with easy access (about 10 minutes) to all surrounding attractions. Especially great proximity to Jordanelle State Park but quick drive to Park City, Kamas and Heber City too. Looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well supplied, with a good cooking layout, which makes cooking meals after a long day incredibly easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all good sized and everything is incredibly clean. Could not be happier with this home.
