This ALL NEW completely remodeled space provides a unique set up where 6 guests can sleep, play, eat and relax comfortably.
There are two built-in Queen loft beds accessible by a sturdy attached ladder. Guests should be able to safely use a ladder to utilize this sleeping space. The floor of the loft bed is carpeted. The mattresses are new and comfortable and the head of each bed has a wedge pillow headboard for lounging and sleeping comfort! Each loft bed side has its own light and fan. There are also outlets for plugging in laptops and charging phones. At the top of the ladder is a light switch for the main living area hanging light for convenience.
In the main living area, there is a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa. This is a great additional sleeping option as well as a spacious seating area. This space has a gorgeous stone gas fireplace which is the home's primary heat source. The fireplace is controlled by a mounted touch screen remote that will allow flame height and fan adjustments. A thermostat function allows guests to set a comfortable temperature and the fireplace will turn on and off automatically to maintain that temperature. There is a 55" Smart TV with DIRECTV and an XBOX with an assortment of games.
Just off of the main living space is a balcony with two chairs, a table and two mountain bikes for guest use. (helmets and locks provided). This is a truly tranquil space to enjoy the mountain views and fresh mountain air.
Just behind the living area is a full kitchen with a fridge, range, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, baking items, a coffee maker, a Keurig, a waffle iron, a crockpot, a small Ninja blender and more! There is a table to seat 5-6 guests.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a desk area. If you need to catch up on a bit of work, this is a great spot to set up your mobile office. The cabinet to the right holds cards and games.
Along the entry way is a space to hold skis, coats and more. This is also the area that has entrance to the full bathroom. There is a marble top sink area with shelves for storing luggage and clothing. There is clothes hanging space as well, a chair to sit and take off shoes and a boot tray on the bottom shelf to store boots and shoes. The bathroom has a new tiled tub/shower with a hand held shower head and alcoves for easily setting shampoo/conditioner and other items. There is also an in-home washer and dryer and iron/board.
The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too. Being downtown and close to everything makes a stay in this home perfect for your group.
The Prospector Condos have a BRAND-NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and hot tub (year- round). There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!
Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours. The building is located right next to the Rail Trail and the Silver Mountain Sports Club.
