A spacious studio within the popular and perfectly located Prospector community, this modern ground-floor apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Prospector Condos 604 features a queen-size bed and an optional air mattress and has a stylish interior design.

In the LIVING SPACE, you’ll find a velvety-soft sofa sitting in front of a glossy coffee table. The huge, 50-inch HDTV is visible from the entire flat and is excellent for entertainment when you’re spending nights in. Underneath the television, an electric fireplace warms you up and provides a lovely, relaxing vibe after a day spent on the slopes or hiking trails. Next to the fireplace is a small table that can be used for DINING or as a WORKSPACE.

In the evenings, the classic queen-size BED is a comfy spot to rest and recharge, and you can easily see the HDTV from here for watching movies in bed. Outside through the sliding glass door, there’s a fenced-in PATIO area with lounge chairs.

The KITCHENETTE is fully equipped and features contemporary cabinets, a stylish tile backsplash with matching countertops, and convenient under-cabinet lighting. This small space is surprisingly versatile and includes a complete suite of appliances: a full-size refrigerator, a four-burner electric range, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and of course, perhaps the most important appliance of all— a high-end coffee maker!

The FULL BATHROOM features a vibrant red vanity with a marble top and a tub/shower combo with a convenient door separating it from the rest of the room. This multi-use space also includes a laundry machine that is a washer/dryer combo.

Located right next to the amazing Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, guests of Prospector Condos 604 will enjoy a host of resort-like amenities, like a community SWIMMING POOL in the warmer months, a wonderful year-round HOT TUB, and free PARKING. There’s also the Silver Mountain Sports Club, which offers state-licensed childcare as well as an endless array of activities. Visitor and day passes are available for purchase.
