This NEW, beautifully decorated Tri-level Townhome is perfectly designed for small groups and families alike. Exceptional care and consideration have been taken in the décor and amenities throughout the home. On the main level, a gorgeous, living room with a 55” HD Smart TV awaits you. There’s plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with seating and a Gas BBQ Grill.
The Dining Area has a dining table plus island with combined Seating for eight. It is located right next to the Deluxe Kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need for a meal at home are featured there. There are dishes, glassware, silverware, baking pans, pots, stainless steel cookware, frying pans, casserole dishes, a blender, coffee maker, 2 crockpots and so much more to making cooking and dining in a breeze!
The main level also has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a 32” Smart TV. There is a full bathroom right outside the bedroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find a Private Master Suite sanctuary. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, 55” Smart TV, and En Suite bathroom with a separate Soaking Tub, shower and walk-in closet. Just across from the master bedroom is an Office with seating, a writing desk and a glass door that can be closed for additional privacy and sound control while working. This room also offers a great space to set up a crib or pack-n-play for the smaller travelers!
Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find another Master Suite with Queen-sized bed, 32” Smart TV and En Suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a full-size HE Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor which is perfect for freshening linens, towels or ski and swimwear.
The entire home has Central Air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, heat for the winter, FREE Wifi (Utah Broadband with Booster), and DIRECTV Satellite. All TVs are Roku ready for streaming. There are also Board Games and Cards, alarm clocks in each bedroom and a 2 blow dryers.
The Private Garage has a convenient ski storage rack and room for two small to mid-size vehicles and there is also first come, first served neighborhood parking for any extra cars.
The clubhouse has a Heated outdoor Pool (open in summer only), a Hot Tub (open year-round), a Theater Room, Pool Table, Gym/work-out Room, full kitchen, and a private meeting room. All can be used on a first-come, first-served basis outside of the theater room which must be reserved.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member (*limit of 1 dog). To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
