Located at Fox Pointe at Redstone, this NEW spacious home is in one of the best locations in Park City at Kimball Junction. The neighborhood is just steps from the Redstone Shopping Center with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movies, electric bike rentals, ski rentals, & fitness studios all within walking distance. It’s also just across the highway from the Tanger Outlet Mall. With 3 bedrooms / 2.5 full bathrooms, it’s the perfect size for a group of 8-12 guests with a 10 adult maximum.
This bright, professionally-decorated condo has large floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to unobstructed views of the Swaner Nature Preserves/EcoCenter and mountains. The main living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 65" HD TV with a Playstation4 with four controllers and games. There’s also a ½ bath nearby.
Eating in is a breeze with the fully-equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There’s a toaster, coffee pot, blender, and crock pot for your use as well as pots/pans, cookie sheets, glassware, plates/bowls, and silverware/utensils. The dining area seats seven at the table and three at the bar. The laundry room (with a washer and dryer) is right next to the kitchen.
The walk-out patio provides amazing views, furniture for relaxing, a private hot tub and a gas BBQ grill.
The upper level of the home has all three bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, 50” HD TV, a ceiling fan, and private en suite bathroom (with a separate jetted tub and shower). Inside the Master walk-in closet, there’s a Twin-sized mattress that can be moved to any area of the home for additional sleeping.
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, 35” HD TV, and shared unattached bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen-over-Queen bunkbed, a Twin sleeper sofa, a 65” HD TV, and a shared unattached bathroom. There are also two Twin air mattresses for extra sleeping. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The home has full heating, central AC, DirecTV satellite, and free Wifi.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
There’s room for two small to mid-sized cars in the garage. No driveway parking is available but there’s a lot of first-come, first-served neighborhood parking. Parking passes for the neighborhood parking are available in the guest book at the home.
Need to Get Around Town? The FREE shuttle route stop is a short walk from the home and picks up every 10-15 minutes from early morning until late at night. It stops at all the ski resorts, Historic Main Street, and many other places in Park City.
