The Fox Bay condos are located by the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Deer Valley Ski Gondola, about 10-12 minutes from downtown Park City (quaint shops, restaurants, nightlife, art galleries, and bars). This beautifully decorated and stylish condo is located on the lower level of the building and no stairs inside the condo. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it will sleep 8 guests comfortably.
Walking into the living room from the front door, you'll see gorgeous mountains and ski slope views out the windows. The entire condo has high-quality furnishings and decor, making it feel luxurious and comfortable. There is a walkout deck with a BBQ and seating.
The living room has a gas fireplace, lovely balcony, 55" HD TV with BluRay/DVD player, and plenty of seating for your group. Cards and board games will keep you occupied if you're enjoying an evening in.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, coffee pot, toaster and everything you'll need to prepare amazing meals.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer with an iron/ironing board, make it convenient to wash swimming clothes in the summer and ski clothes in the winter.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower and lots of space. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed AND Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There's also a blow dryer available.
Central Air-Conditioning and Heating make any time of year the perfect temperature indoors. Free Wifi and cable TV are also hooked up in the home.
Fox Bay has a Parking Garage and you'll have access to one assigned space year-round, saving the hassle of ice scraping in the winter and hot vehicles in the summer.
The community Clubhouse has a pool table and ping pong table, TV room, fitness room, outdoor Pool (summer only) and Hot Tub (all year). The community also offers an outdoor Basketball Court, BBQ area and Playground.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Beautiful area and Great place
by Joe D.Great place to get away from crowds to ski both resorts. Only a couple minutes from Deer Valley lifts and short drive to PC lifts. Beautiful area and great place. Not many restaurants or stores in immediate area but not far away. Condo has everything you need for a great stay! The indoor parking garage was a plus as well!

Lovely Stay at Fox Bay
by Carrie D.We had a lovely Stay at Fox Bay. The condo was clean and organized. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept great. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. We appreciated the laundry room and it came in handy. We did not park in the garage, but outside in the parking lot. Not a big deal, but a Chevy Tahoe will not fit well in the parking space next to the neighboring car. Way too tight. The amenities were nice, and we had a great week!

Great weekend getaway

Warm and Cozy
The only cons that we noticed were that the listing stated games were available however that wasn’t really the case. Since we were flying from Georgia we chose not to bring anything extra. There was a chess game, a 24 piece puzzle, and a partial deck of cards. The kitchen was well stocked except there were only 2 skillets, one small one and one medium one, they both have seen better days. Also, we chose this unit since it was advertised as being on the lower level/no stairs. There are 3 different entrances to the building and regardless of which entrance you take there are indeed stairs that you must encounter in order to enter the building. This was difficult for me due to my back. Our experience overall with this unit and the surrounding complex was pleasant and we highly recommend it. Oh and we absolutely loved having the garage accessible out of the snow and cold.
