This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. With its convenient location 2 minutes to the Cottonwood Ski Resorts Park-n-Ride and walk-able to grocery stores and other shopping, it is the perfect place to gather for you summer or winter vacation! Hiking, rafting, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and more are all minutes away.
Walk in to a comfortable main living room area with new furnishings, a 58" Smart TV and a large stone gas fireplace. This room opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need for delicious meals in between your fun outings. There is dishware, glassware, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, baking pans, serving bowls and so much more! Just off of the kitchen, the glass doors open up to a private patio with a BBQ for steaks, burgers and hot dogs grilled to perfection. There is also a large, clean, private hot tub to soak away your day and plenty of room in the private fenced yard for games and other family and group outdoor fun.
The main level of the home hosts two bedrooms, one with a King bed and another with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom for each to share.
The lower level of the home has a spacious and comfortable gathering area with a new sectional sofa, a stone hearth, real wood burning fireplace, a 46" TV, board games and a bar area. This level has a private bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Renting or bringing a car? The home offers private parking in the 2-car garage and 4-car driveway. No street parking is permitted in the winter time.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
