Just up a few steps from the living room is an exquisite, fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of seating, you are sure to enjoy any meal prepared here. The home has reliable high-speed internet, central air conditioning for warmer summer days and full forced-air heat to keep you warm on winter days and an in-home brand new HE washer and dryer. There is private parking for two cars in the driveway and first come, first served parking in bump out areas throughout the community. No RV or boat or trailer parking is permitted.

In addition to all the amazing features of this fantastic home, you’ll also have full access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse with your stay. A Pool (in the summer season), additional hot tub, fitness center, kitchen/dining and office are available there.
