The main LIVING AREA is anchored by a classic corner stone fireplace that is ideal for chilly winter evenings in the mountains. Your group can gather together on the velvety-soft sectional sofa for a fun game night or a Netflix movie night on the large HDTV.

In the open KITCHEN, the natural wood cabinets and sleek granite countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace options. Small appliances include a toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, a blender, and even a waffle iron. The premier appliance suite consists of a stainless-steel refrigerator, a gas range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the FORMAL DINING SPACE with a table that seats six, while outside on the COVERED PATIO, there’s a gas grill and a few lounge chairs for enjoying your morning mug of coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The peaceful PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located on the second level, and features a king-size bed underneath a vaulted ceiling, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity and a step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a comfy queen-size bed, the THIRD BEDROOM includes two twin-size beds, and the FOURTH BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
