Walking into the home, you’ll find a comfortable and open living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, a 50” HD Smart TV, and gas fireplace for cozy gathering on a cool mountain evening or snowy winter day.

At this main level is also a bright bedroom with rustic furnishings and a 50” HD Smart TV. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom with a slate-tiled tub/shower combo.

Up the spiral staircase is another spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a 50” Smart TV, an occasional chair and, for extra sleeping, a self-inflatable twin air bed is provided. There is also an en suite full bathroom with a slate tiled shower, a full-sized washer and dryer and an iron/ironing board.

The entire home has Xfinity/Comcast FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV service. Additionally, the home offers full heat and a portable AC unit. Plus, all rooms have ceiling fans.

There is a private one-car garage as well as first come, first served covered spaces adjacent to the garage. There are also first come, first served bump out spaces along the street at the front of the home.

A stay at this home also allows access to the Community Clubhouse, where you'll find a Fitness Room, locker rooms, Pool (summer only), and Large Hot Tub (year-round). In the summertime, you can enjoy a great community BBQ Area with plenty of seating for a nice outdoor dinner. The community also has a Fire Pit Area, Walking Trails, a 1/2 Basketball Court, a Soccer Field, and a Putting Green.

Bear Hollow is located just minutes from Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas and is directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery, restaurants, movies and more! It's only 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City and features direct Access to Park City biking and hiking trails and the complimentary free shuttle!
