The neighborhood is on the FREE Park City Shuttle route and has a gorgeous clubhouse for guest use. This upgraded condo has 3 bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and sleeps 8-10 people (8 adults maximum).

Beautifully decorated and welcoming, this comfortable and spacious home has all the amenities you could want! The living room has a 60” 4K Samsung HD Smart TV with DirecTV. The warm, gas fireplace is perfect for colder winter nights. For additional sleeping, one of the living room couches is also a queen sleeper sofa. Located right off the living room, the balcony has patio furniture and lovely views.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dining in? There are plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, and pans to make a delicious meal. The dining room table seats 6 and there’s additional seating at the bar for 4 more.

In the hallway, there’s a laundry closet with a full-sized new Frigidaire HE Washer and Dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The spacious Master Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a 50” 4K HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and large shower.

Down the hall, you’ll find the additional two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle pullout. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The entire home has central air-conditioning, free Wifi, and full heat. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. There is elevator access and the home is all on one level.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. The Bear Hollow Clubhouse features a large community hot tub (open year-round), a pool (open summer only), fitness center, office area (with a printer for ski passes, etc). and gathering space.

Bringing or renting a car? There is one assigned parking space in the underground heated garage for use during your stay as well as 3 garage guest spots and plenty of first come, first served spots in front of the building and around the community.

The Bear Hollow neighborhood sits below the Olympic Park area and is across the highway from the Redstone Shopping Center. Redstone is home to small boutique-type shopping as well as large chain stores. With a movie theater and many places to choose for dining, the convenience can’t be beat. There’s a grocery store, gas station and post office as well. There is a walking trail with an underground pass from Bear Hollow to Redstone. Bear Hollow is also a few minutes from the Tanger Outlet Mall for some amazing shopping deals.

Bear Hollow is on the Free Bus Route and only approximately 5 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 10 minutes to downtown Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort and 15 minutes to the Deer Valley Resort. Want to ski Cottonwood Canyon? Bear Hollow is just a few minutes from access to highway 80 and approximately 45 minutes to Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and less than 30 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport.
