Reservation Information
Advance Payment 2 nights rent + tax is due to reserve the property.
Final Payment Remaining nights + tax, cleaning fee and security deposit protection plan premium are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full Payment All nights + tax, cleaning fee and security deposit protection plan premium are due if resrevations is made within 30 days of arrival.
Cleaning Fee A one time charge of $50 - $250 (fee is set by housekeeping based on property size)
No Refund Restrictions. Refundable any time prior to check-in.
Security Deposit We require damage insurance in lieu of a security deposit. This alleviates paying hundreds of dollars up front and waiting for a refund at the end of your stay.
Damage Insurance - $39 Premium
CSA Damage Insurance - $3000 of accidental damage protection with no deductable.

Cancellations
or Changes 		Must be made 60 days in advance.
Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival forfeit the full advance payment.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

Reservation Changes

The above refund policy applies to any changes made to an existing reservation.
In an attempt to mitigate monetary losses to our renters due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be permitted to change a reserved rental period for another rental period with no penalty. Some restrictions apply. Requests are individually based and no guarantees are made.
