About Me - I have owned rental property and have been successfully managing properties for 5 years.  I graduated from college as valedictorian with emphasis on legal studies.  This has been very useful in the contract aspect of property management, protecting me and the property owners that I represent.  I also do professional photography and web design.  I enjoy property management.  I am friendly, professional, responsible, organized and committed to making the properties that I represent a success, ensuring a positive and enjoyable  management / vacation rental experience.

What to expect?

1. A More Personalized Service - With a small rental pool, you can expect more detailed care of your property and a better quality of services with quick responses to rental inquires, which has been proven to increase bookings.

2. A Better Rate - Only 30% of the rental revenue and no credit card transaction fees.
This low rate is possible becasue you assist with the advertising costs.
Among other advertising avenues, this website (www.VacationRentalsParkCity.com) is provided as a form of advertisment at no charge to you.
I require that you provide advertising through VRBO and HomeAway. Your share of the cost of advertising will be well below what you would pay out with a larger commission percentage and, at your option, for a small fee I can set up these sites for you and will manage them at no charge.

3. Equitable Rental Allocations - Becasue owners provide their own advertising through VRBO and Home Away and other advertising is property specific, rental inquiries come in filtered by property. This allows your property to be exclusivley marketed to your personal inquires.
